  • The query will identify resumes of candidates who are suitable for the employer’s job opening. 

  • A Recruiter then begins identifying candidates who may possess the skills and talents identified in our search plan for that employer’s job opening. 

  • We then make contact with you on a direct, personal basis, via email, text or phone call.

Position Description:

Construction Estimator will analyze blueprints and specifications to accurately prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

Responsibilities will include performing material take-offs from drawings, contacting subcontractors and suppliers for pricing, travel to job sites to gather information on field conditions, and identification of all cost factors including but not limited to material, labor, equipment, etc. Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities. Prepares construction estimates by studying construction blueprints, technical specifications, and identifying project costs for each element of the proposed improvements. Evaluates all quotes and proposals to ensure compliance with scope of work. Provides written contract brief on special bid stipulations (including but not limited to specialty training, compliance requirements for Set-Aside projects, etc.) Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information as may pertain to bidding. Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. With the use of bid tabulations, periodically reviews the efficacy and accuracy of estimating efforts. Attends pre-bid meetings and walk through, and at all other times when necessary, travels to jobsites to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors.
Monitor and track any changes to solicitations and Request for Proposals (RFPs) such as Amendments and/or Addenda and ensure estimate reflects all modifications. Contributes to team efforts by providing support to the Team as needed.

Job Requirements:

BS degree in construction management, engineering, Architecture or related field.

5 – 10 years’ experience in commercial construction Estimating
Airport Experience preferred.

Position Description:

Position Description:

The Scheduler will work as an Owner’s Representative as part of the team who will be handling the Programming for the Construction Projects within the New York Region.

The Scheduler will prepare summary level and detailed schedules for proposed or current construction projects. Schedules will be prepared using a bar chart or CPM format as required by the project team or owner. These are used to determine overall project duration, general conditions, and are to be inserted into the proposal that will be submitted to the client.

The Scheduler will prepare and assist in scheduling relative to ‘contract’ schedule vs. accelerated schedule as required by the project team. Provide schedules that will need to be issued with contracts or bid documents to subcontractors and suppliers. Cost/resource loading of schedules (and reporting) when required. The Scheduler will work with subcontractors and suppliers to establish timely deliveries of equipment and materials, Performs Progress / Schedule Updates: Visit and walk projects to gather and update information. Interface with the project team with regard to schedule actuals and projections. Provide as-built schedule information for use in the project completion reports.

Job Requirements:

BS degree in construction management, engineering, Architecture or related field.

5 – 10 years’ experience in commercial construction scheduling
Airport Experience preferred.

Expert Knowledge of Primavera P6, P7, P8 Project Planner or SureTrak scheduling software.

Anticipates problems and works with client, architects/engineers, subcontractors, field personnel to identify and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

10+ Years Airport Construction Experience preferred. Project expereince in excess of 100 Million Dollars.
BS Construction, Architecture or Engineering Degree. OSHA Certification, CCM Certification and PMP Certification preferred.
Construction Experience to include new ground up projects, civil projects, infrastructure projects, and interior/exterior renovations.
Skilled with various Software Systems to include: CAD, Revit, Procore, Primavera, P6, MS Project, RS Means
